•  The Universal Debate Center "SFERA"

The purpose for the creation of UDC "SFERA" is to enable the creation of an "oasis" for all members of Debate Program, both high school and parliamentary clubs, which they could use for holding debates, enhancing other capabilities that are essential to international debates such as English and computer skills, introduce and improve research methods that are not solely used in debates.

In a practical level this means:

•  Identification and set-up of the suitable places for the Debate Center

•  Identification of the level of English knowledge of the debate members and the organization of advanced courses for debate members on intermediate level. Considering that English is the language used in the International Debate Arena, this phase will enable the engagement of Kosovar debaters in it.

•  Identification of the level of knowledge in Computers and organization of courses to improve Computers skills for debate members. This phase will equip debaters with enough computer knowledge for them to conduct research.

•  Creation of a database for debate research in order to provide them with tools that might be used to reduce the time spent on research for topics already debated.   It could be also used to promote the methodologically correct approaches in collecting materials not only for debating but also for essay writing, graduation and post-graduation work, and scientific work in general.
