SFERA is a local non-profit institute consisted of a group of Kosovar and international intellectuals and activists gathered with the aim of contributing in helping governing institutions to meet international standards, have a closer picture of what the needs of the grass root level are and improve the current image of the region in the eyes of the youth abroad.

SFERA consists of persons with different backgrounds and vocational training that will focus on the most important contemporary issues facing the Kosovar society today.

SFERA offeres high quality research, analysis and does advocacy for the issues at stake, thus providing opportunities for effective action.

SFERA targetes the policy makers in the Kosovar government as well as the international bodies in Kosova.
